A customized therapeutic massage using Deep Tissue or Swedish massage techniques to relax over worked or tired muscles and help relieve chronic pain. Every session is designed according to the individual.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage: 

A relaxing massage with the warmth of heated Himalayan Salt Stones incorporated into your individualized massage. The stones are used to work heat into the muscles to help amplify the release of muscle stress and tension.

Thermal Palms Massage:

Receive a relaxing massage with the heat from soft fabric pouches. This new technique allows for deep penetrating warmth to work into muscles while receiving a customized massage.

Receive a therapeutic reflexology treatment combining both Eastern and Western Reflexology techniques.

Migraine Treatment

Receive a targeted massage specifically for the symptoms of migraines and headaches. This massage (with focus on head, neck, shoulders, and upper back) will help ease the pain and discomfort associated with migraines and headaches.
